Soil moisture-absorbing agent for pile construction "Doro Unberu"
It is a soil water-absorbing agent specialized for pile driving operations. It quickly solidifies the mud water generated during excavation, making transportation and disposal easier.
At Kanae Co., Ltd., we offer a wide range of products that can be maintained over the long term, contributing to the "reduction of running costs"! In the pole construction work for installing distribution poles, groundwater can emerge from aquifers during excavation depending on the construction site, resulting in a large amount of muddy water (mud) that hinders the work. The generated muddy water (mud) is pumped out or removed manually, which requires considerable effort. Additionally, there is a method of adding bentonite as a water-absorbing agent to absorb the moisture from the turbid water before transporting the sediment, but this can cause dust to scatter during the addition process, potentially leading to complaints from nearby residents depending on the construction area. To address and prevent these issues, our company has developed a water-absorbing agent for excavation mud used in pole construction called "Doro Ukeru." By adding this product to construction sludge and mixing it with an auger, it can absorb the moisture from the muddy water (mud) and solidify within minutes. Mud that could only be removed with pumps or manually can now be easily lifted with an auger, and since the sludge is turned into a dry state, the site is hardly contaminated with mud. "Doro Ukeru" enables significant efficiency improvements in pole construction work.
